monday

weekends dont seem to exist. the past few weeks seem like a never ending day. hm, have i mention this before?

lets see, i reached home on friday close to 7. then i ate dinner and slept till 10 the next day. after the silicon valley meeting, it was confessions and then i went home and slept again. on sunday, woke up at 9 and went straight to darren's house for physics song. stayed there till 7. and then drumroll...... at 8pm on sunday i started to do my homework! i managed to finish half of bio task, lit task 2 and zuo ye and i slept at 2. well thats nothing new, i sleep at 1 to 2 everyday. big smile =D

now: visit to changi general hospital

since a week before cross country, my left hip would hurt ALOT right after running. the pain would last for a week. got refered to CGH sports medical centre and i took an x ray! my hip bone structure looks simply gorgeous i tell you, the contour is so clear and i would paste it on my wall as a poster IF i could bring it home. argh. the doctor kept my x ray, saying it belongs to CGH. =(

my thigh bone seemed to be dangling precariously below my hip, it seemed quite scary. but anyway, my bone structure is perfectly ok! its just that i have weak muscles, so it cant support the hip bone (which tilts left and right every time we walk) as a result, the hip bone moves too much and causes pain. i have to see the physiologist some time later and learn some muscle strengthening exercises and in the mean time i cannot run.

so that sums up my visit. overall, i think GCH is a beautiful place. there is a beautiful water fountain and its very spacious, at least outside the sports centre. BUT, i feel that places should be functional too. there are only 2 lifts at certain lobbies and many people using them. also, the toilet only has 2 cubicles. even VJC has like 6 or 7 cubicles! so there definitely is room for improvement.
