the land of a thousand smiles

im back!

the best parts of the trip must have been the shopping. M1 and i learnt from our mistakes not to buy what looks interesting but buy what we would use. its not hard to fall into the trap of buying what looks slightly better (but totally useless) when faced with mountains of substandard goods. i would say we really made our dollar stretch and got some good steals =D

the friendly matches were fun too. this small boy that i played with gave me an action figure keychain.


lastly, i got to know and bond with the team, which i think is the most important part of this trip.
